Stanley Roy Badmin

Stanley Roy Badmin (1906–1989) was a British etcher, watercolourist and illustrator celebrated for his richly observed depictions of the English countryside. Trained at Camberwell School of Arts & Crafts and the Royal College of Art, he combined artistic sensitivity with botanical accuracy. A member of the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers and the Royal Society of Painters in Water-Colours, he also contributed to the Recording Britain project.
