Sustainability

We are committed to manufacturing in an ethical and sustainable way, with all products printed and assembled within 5 miles of our studio in central Norwich. Our print operations meet environmental standard ISO 14001 and all paper materials we use are FSC certified. Many years ago we replaced all single use plastics in our packaging with compostable cello bags, however we are now in the process of removing these entirely when shipping our products. Where we use bellybands, these are all recycled paper. Art Angels are also members of SEDEX.

Please note - as of June 2025, we have begun the process of removing compostable cello from our cards. This will be a staged process, beginning with our 'Printmaker' cards. During this changeover period, customers may find that their orders are part cello-wrapped, and partly 'naked' with stickers.
