Mick Armson studied at Liverpool Polytechnic from 1983 to 1986 before working as a freelance illustrator for clients including London Transport, Time Out, and The Guardian. After a career break to focus on family and community work, he returned to printmaking in 2008. Living in Greenwich, he draws inspiration from the River Thames and the Pembrokeshire coast, creating expressive lino prints and etchings that capture movement, atmosphere, and finely observed detail.
