Julia McKenzie is an artist and illustrator based in Somerset, having trained at Camberwell School of Art. Her work is primarily drawing-based, incorporating paper cuts and collage, and she undertakes both commissions and illustration projects. Drawing inspiration from found objects, stories, and the natural world, she explores fragments of life—plants, insects, birds, and beachcombed treasures—celebrating the fragile, the forgotten, the broken, and the beautiful.
