After a 20-year career as a graphic designer and illustrator, John Bloor began printmaking in 2015, creating prints and homewares inspired by his lifelong love of the coast, particularly Cornwall. He is drawn to hidden places that evoke a sense of discovery and tranquility. In his screenprints, John experiments with bold graphic forms, layered overprinting, and rich textures created through techniques such as monoprinting, scraping, and rollering.
