Having trained and worked as an architect for ten years, Eliza Southwood became a full-time artist and illustrator in 2010, though she has drawn and painted throughout her life. Raised in Spain, she received her first illustration commission for a children’s book at the age of 13. After studying architecture at the Glasgow School of Art and completing postgraduate studies in London, she established her career as a professional artist.
